FURTHER READING
typography design: Form and Communication
I continued reading this book
This chapter examines the design process in typographic problem-solving, highlighting the lack of a single, definitive method. Designers typically follow highly individualized approaches, often blending traditional and digital tools. A common model outlines five steps: defining the problem, generating ideas, developing solutions, prototyping, and implementing the final design. Though traditionally viewed as linear, the design process is more accurately described as overlapping and multidimensional. It involves interaction and ambiguity, with solutions emerging from a complex interplay of activities.
